**'Ika Lialia' (Mad Fish)**

Our newest boat delivered in December 2007, follows on our tradition of naming our dive boats in Fijian and is Matava Resort 's third dive boat. Made and designed specifically for scuba diving in Fiji.

Built by The Fiberglass Shop in Lami, Fiji, she is a 23ft Islander and has been custom designed and outfitted for our diving guests and staff by Richard Akhtar, our Diving Director.

Mad Fish Dive Centre has a policy of small executive diving groups on all its boats, and MAD FISH has been built specifically with this in mind.

With a top speed of 35 knots, she cruises easily at 25 knots fully loaded with 6 divers and 2 dive crew and is able to zip our divers to all of our dive sites on the Great Astrolabe Reef within minutes.
